Shipping Rates and Policies
SHIPPINGWe ship by UPS. We try to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any orders that are only partially in stock will be held until 100% of the order is filled. If you would like the order shipped partially please call or E-mail to make arrangements, an additional shipping charge will be required. If there is any reason for delay we will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible. All orders shipping to a APO/FPO adress will only be shipped via US Mail (priority or surface).We can also ship Internationally as well. Please E-mail or call for International shipping rate's and USPS shipping rates due to the complexity of calculating the different weights and zip codes for the charges.
RETURNSAll merchandise that is returned for convenience is subject to a 15% restock fee. Prior to sending any merchandise back to us you must contact us to obtain an RA# (return authorization). NEVADA RESIDENTSNevada residents please note that County taxes will be automatically calculated on the invoice. IF PAYING BY CHECKIf you are paying by check please make the check out to " DGA Redwood Corp". If you don't it will cause a delay in the shipping of your product.
