The Cleaver

     The cleaver is the heavy knife to do the butcher work with.  This is the knife to grab when it's time to cut the meat into smaller parcels or chunks.  Great kniife to have when you need to cut ribs, and steaks off the rack. whole chickens, and other poultry.  Great for flattening garlic and dicing it up as well as ginger.
